About Elite Nursing Services Customized Living Home Service
Elite Nursing Services Home with Support Services (HWS) provides Customized Living (CL) and 24-hour CL services that are designed to meet the person’s assessed needs and their identified goals. We provide the highest quality care and support services to the individuals we serve so they can live their lives to the fullest at a place they will cherish as their own home, within a family setting atmosphere. We create a community that supports and promotes self-respect, independence, improves the quality of life, and provides a safe and healthy environment for the people we serve. We support individuals in meeting their assessed needs and goals within these categories and more that include support or assistance with Home Management; Socialization; Non-Medical Transportation; Activities of Daily Living Assistance; Health-Related Assistance; and Assistance with mental health, cognitive, or behavioral concerns.
